Why are we so confident?
We haven't met a leader who we couldn't help quickly and with great success. As long as a person is open to learn and change - awesome things can happen.
It's not uncommon for a team of 30 or more to have 1 or 2 high performing leaders who are difficult to talk to. There's no reason for your team to suffer through sarcastic, uncivil or argumentative behaviour.
